bail under 437(6)

Dear experts,
What should I do if the bail under sec. 437(6) is rejected by jmfc court? should I file Revision or bail application under sec.439. plz reply soon

You can appeal either to the cheif jm or to the court of session.

i do not think that there is any provision for appeal against order refusing bail.

AIR 2005 SC 921 says about successive applications. Invoke S.439 Cr.P.C as the days run from the statutory period of 60 days. It must be clear and with specific resons the bail must be refused. section is clear You can approach HC or Sessions court and apply for bail.
