Bail on IPC 354

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 25 March 2011 This query is : Resolved
My friend has just got bail under IPC 354. I want to know that can the other party file a writ to revoke that bail and what are the clauses for it. Also, how we can avoid it.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 25 March 2011
No Writ but the party can challenge the order u/s 439 crpc before the high court.
Arvind Singh Chauhan (Expert) 25 March 2011
I think Session court has also such right according to 439 Cr.P.C as suggested by Barman Sir. Person released on bail may object that he is following the orders and conditions of bail imposed by the court, and there is no breach of condition on the part of him.

So, that means the other party can challenge it in session court. If yes, is there any time till when they can challenge it.
