Kindly send me some citations for bail of Accused (juvenile and first offender)in a case us 302/201/34 IPC.Case is based on circumstantial evidence bcoz it was a blind murder.Regards

Bail is purely a discretionary power of Board in such matters which cannot be claimed as a matter of right. Case to case, it differs so no set citation without knowledge of detailed facts of your case.
