bail bond

(Querist) 17 May 2014 This query is : Resolved 
I have filed appeal u/s 374 of cr.pc my appeal is pending now session judge ask me that whether u filed bail bond . Which type of bail bond i have to file. Actually as per section 437a of cr.pc bond filed for attending appeal filed by state . In my case Accused filed appeal against conviction . There is no neccity to attend every date of hearing�in appeal �a everysomebody have any format

The bail bond for suspense of sentence by the lower court is a mandatory requirement.
