Bail application rejected

(Querist) 05 September 2014 This query is : Resolved 
for offence u/s 308/34, the opponent party had filed bailed application to MM, which got rejected. 1 accused is still under Judicial custody and other accused is still running from Court. 1st accused has been sent for remand.
I want to understand, what would be his next course of action. I mean where he would be applying for Bail and also if I want to oppose his bail application then can it be done at this stage ?

he can apply for bail either in the Magistrate's court or in Sessions or high court.
