The Applicant accused X in bail application no 82/BA/2012 be released on bail on executing PR & SB of Rs five lacs from Mumbai Thane Panvel.
The above said applicant accused person in the bail the application is at liberty to deposit same amount as cash bail provisionally for ten weeks after released from the jail.
Can anyone please explain me about this.
i got bail by paying 5 lac but my lawyer is saying that u have arrange for solvency.

this is the normal course of court while grant bail,The certificate is required as a document of surety by various Government and semi-Government offices

Dear Ankit,
When you are desiring correct advice from the experts,you have to furnish al the facts of the case.What has the court ordered to furnish for bail,cash or solvency.Sometimes depending on the magnitude of the case both may also be asked.

Thank you sir for your reply. i am from Mumbai and case is in the quila court near CST. which certificate is required for surety? should i have to prepare for solvency within 10 weeks or the amount 5 lacs which i have paid will do?

Dear Sainath sir,
The bank has put charge on us for not paying the loan amount of Rs.95 lac's.which we have never got.all the documents with the fraud signs. and fraud statement of stocks. on which the loan has been passed.i'm sorry but till now i can tell u only this much.
As per the bail application what i recieved from lawyer is stating PR & SB of 5 Lacs. there is nothing saying to submit solvency.
but lawyer is saying to submit 5 lacs of solvency otherwise after 10 week arrest order will come from court.

You have to arrange surety having solvency of Rs five lacs or in luie you can deposit this amount in cash for bail.
However you should arrange for a surety only since deposit of cash will not be good tactics.

as u have already deposited the bail amount of 5 lk , now u just need one person to appear before the court as You seurity.
