bail

i have issued a cheque to a person 3years back, it bounced from the bank, and he had filed a case against me. i was not in india since that, i will be coming to kerala this month. now i think court has issued a warrent against me. every month/week police men are coming to my home for searching me. Could it be a problem for me if i come to my home this month. please give me an advise how to take the bail.

Dear,
U serander himself before the court conserned. this offance is bailable and you got it as a mater of right.(see s.436 Cr.P.C.)

U can get ur warrant cancelled, apply for bail also.138 is bailable offence.

unnecessarily u don't get confused, you'venot furnished entire details about the case particularly whether you have surved notice from court or not ? etc. details you have to disclose to get exact advice, it is better to send entire details from the date of issuing cheque.
