Arrest warrant section 70 of crpc

My husband has left me and ran away after which all police complaints were made. He and family is charged with certain sections like 498, dowry prohibition,etc. But after an year the warrant of arrest is published by court to police. Can anyone tell me what is the next step police can take after this? Also, can I sent this order of the court to Embassy of India in the country where he stays and in the organisation where he works currently. Please help me. Also, my lawyer is not helping me out.

Court summon to the accused under the Cr.P.C is served through the Ministry of Law and Indian High Commission in any foreign country, that process is followed directly by all courts in India and this must have been in your case also. The service of summon/warrant to accused in a foreign country takes its own time.
The accused not responding to this, in such case the court can order the Ministry of External Affairs to revoke or cancel his passport and even get that impounded through the Indian High Commission in the country where he is living.
You get such order from the court so that the suitable action be taken.
You may directly write to MEA to take suitable action against him for cancellation of his passport. You should have his passport details for making any complaint.

Thank you so much for your response sir. I do not know whether the court has or will take next step further. Also, after this arrest warrant order the investigation officer is filling up the form online which will I guess be sent to the Indian authorities or may be embassy or something. But from my side, can send the same copy to the organization he is working with so that they can pressurise him. Also the embassy of India in the country where he is staying currently. Bcz investigation officer says that with the form they are filling online, he will be caught only when he is traveling to India. Or whenever he enters the country. As far as I know he will never come back to India. May I write an email to the above said people being his wife?

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer qua (erroneous) arrest warrants stated to have been issued in a complaint case u/s 498A IPC and 3 & 4 of D P Act, as stated by you??
It is a classic decision/action of the Court.
Discuss with some local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts.

To be honest sir. My lawyer is not helping me. Rather he is helping them. Moreover he has not kept any proofs of his salaries and work in my maintenance. Hence I thought if I sent this copy of order of his arrest warrant by court to the company he is working so that company can put pressure on him. Will that be helpful? Or be used against me
