If you are advocate mean just go and read cr.p.c book. If you are an advocate mean whats your shy to clear the question with seniors or our coliqs? Whats the reason for post your query as anonymus? Just i shame on you friend. See friend here no one known everything. Leave your shy to learn. Take care.

If you are a layman mean just am sorry to say you this sir. Your advocate will take care of you. Post your next query in your name. Our admin provide The anonymus option for some privacy mode. Don't use it for this waste issue.
