My A/bail application under above sections is pending for 1-9-9 before sessions court ,embezzled amount is Rs. 18000/-my client/petitioner is also a old patient of epilepsy,kindly provide me any citation for bail.Thanx

well, if u convince the court that the accused is a paitent of such nature that it is not possible to provide him treatment inside the custody and he shall not flee away as well as shall face the trial, court may consider your plea, but in my opinion as bail is granted on discreation of the court any citation will help.

Vinod dont worry, ur facts speak of everything....amount is not on the higher side and the medical condition u must ve pleaded.

bail is a matter of discretion,and the courts generally dont give much improtance to judgments in bail applications.

argue it on merits, if it is not granted then HC is not far from ur place.
