Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the process of applying for anticipatory bail. It confirms that an individual can apply for bail independently, without waiting for co-accused. The advice also touches upon the notice period required for the Public Prosecutor and DCP, suggesting that the court will consider the specific circumstances. Additionally, it's noted that government employees must inform their department if applying for bail.

An individual against who a FIR is registered can apply for AB, he need not have to wait for other persons charged in the FIR to join in his application.
Once you apply for AB you will come to know about further procedures especially the notice period to concerned police.
The court will take decision based on the circumstances.
