Sir!
One of mine relative is fugitive since last 12 years and charged u/s 120b,420,467,468,471.Is he eligible to apply for anticipatory bail to appear before the magistrate to quash all his criminal proceedings and clear his dues with the bank,too.If, not what are the consequences,he has to face. He is based in aboard and no extradition treaty with the state/country where is, morally he is ready to clear all his criminal offences made without knowing the dire consequences,but intends to avoid judicial custody forthwith.

What is the purpose to get AB?
when there is no extradition treaty with the state/country, why your friend wants AB?
in these cases AB can not be grant but you can try may be court grant AB.

First find out what are the total update dues .If you are ready to settle completely than only the lender can support you to come out of the case.
Still you need expert legal aid for the matter to be settled from court., just because the case is not for recovery for punishment of criminal acts.
