in a civil case plaint can be amended at any stage by filing APC..... lik wise whether a complaint can also be amended? if yes or no give sec regarding tat..

Depends on the case, and subject. And with the permission of the court you can amend your pleadings at any stage of your case.
There are case laws on this subject.
