Allegation before fir

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 10 April 2021 This query is : Resolved
Sir if a person file complaint in police station to register case but on doing enqiry no case register. No fir.
Now again same complaint on same fact in same police station.
Is it maintainable.
Any case law
Quick Summary
If a person files a complaint at a police station and no FIR is registered after an inquiry, they may wonder if they can submit the same complaint again. Section 154 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 outlines the requirements for registering an FIR. If the initial complaint disclosed cognizable offences, an FIR should have been registered.
