Agriculture land successor right to own

My mother in law having 10 acre Agriculture Land in Nellore Andha Pradesh. He has only one son not agriculturist but working in DELHI LAST 5 YEARS SALARY MORE THAN Rs.2lakhs. After the demise of My Mother in Law whether my husband will bequeath [inherit] the Ag property or will it be acquired by Govt since my husband is not agriculturist? Which Section of Agricultire Land Reform Act supports this opinion

Definately he will inherit the agrl., land because he is the legal heir of your M I L
