Dear Experts,

is it possible to buy the agriculture land under LLP name in Andhra Pradesh and then converting it in to Commercial to build the villas or apartments ?

If so, can you explain the clear process?

Yes. You can buy the agro.land in the name of the LLP with its registered number and year. After purchse of the land, you have to sumit an application to the RDO concerned with necessary conversion charges. After getting permission you can obtain plan approval from the Mpl,/Coron/panchayat, then you can proceed as well.

A LLP company can buy agriculture land and can perform agriculture activities with the approved provisions of articles of association and memorandum of companies. - Further, there is no requirement of any director being an agriculturist .
Land Conversion Service is used for Converting Agricultural land in to Non Revenue purpose in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Agricultural land can be converted for commercial, industrial and residential purposes only by taking prior permission from the competent authorities.
