If a tenant has been declared as owner of land under bombay tenancy act,
After this tenant surrenders his right as owner to the real owner in front of mamlatdar,
Than can heirs of that tenant can claim for that land after nearly 35 years.?????

If the land has already been handed over the real owner by way of any registered document then the legal heirs of that tenant have no cause of action to raise any objection thereto but if their predecessor in interest had become owner under the Act and thereafter no registered title deed was transferred then the legal heirs have full right to take back their land.
