Hi,

Can anybody help me regarding Format of Affidavit to be filed with RTO Office for transfer of 2 Wheeler vehicle from my borther's name (Transferor) who is deceased to my Mother's name (Transferee).

pls visit the RTO office, generally the format is provided in the office itself....pls check the same there.

there is no provision of
affidevit in d matter of transfer of a vehicle.
there is specific paper for it.

You can get format from computer typist working in court premises.

Such type of transfer Affidavit format is available in the RTO office.
