Advocate criminal case.

If the criminal case is filled on the advocate then he has to give up the practice for how many years or month even thought the Honourable court has acquittal him any provision than bring forward.

Whether he/she can be removed form the State BCI membership registar as soon as FIR is registered or when the court has to give the imtimation to the respective state BCI to remove this name.

mere filing of criminal case doesnot debar from practice. If he has been acquitted, then he has proved innocence and there is no question for removal from state bar counsel.
