My neighbour uses abusive words and threatens me whenever there is any dispute ,there is court case going, I am senior citizen now can I give police complaint,if yes
u/s which I should make complaint.

1. You can lodge a written complaint against such person before the police u/s 504 of I.P.C. for his act of commission of offence of intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace and u/s 506(2) I.P.C. for threatening you injure you and your life.
