Adultery urgent please

(Querist) 03 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
“x” is husband, “y” is wife having 2 children, “x” is Govt Employee “x” doing sexual intercourse with another married woman i.e., “A” they have ill-legal connection since 6 months. While doing sexual intercourse “x” & “A” they voluntarily took video. “x” stored that ill-legal sexual intercourse video in his computer, one day “y” found that video and copied that video from computer to CD. “y” is having Visual evidence that is CD only. Now “x” got knowledge about CD took by the “y” from his computer. Now “x” is threatening as if not hand over the CD to “x” then “x” will kill the “Y”

My quarries are:

1. what is the punishment under which section
2. CD Evidence is valid or not
3. If CD Evidence is valid then offence is proved, is He Dismissed from the Govt Service or not.
4. How to protect herself through process of law

Shri Satyanarayan,

I too agree with views of Shri Nanda.
It seems fertile imagination of "Xyz"

CD can be copied 100 times!!who will kill whom??
If dare Who stops Y to give it to A's Husband??
Who stop Y to inform Police that x may kill me?? Police knows IPC sections & what to do to protect her.

I also endorse the views of Shri Nanda. Mr. Satyanarayana being a criminal lawyer, himself, is expected to know the answers to all of his own following queries:

1. what is the punishment under which section
2. CD Evidence is valid or not
3. If CD Evidence is valid then offence is proved, is He Dismissed from the Govt Service or not.
4. How to protect herself through process of law

All these queries pertain to the IPC, CrPC and IE Act, which are expected to be at the tips of a criminal lawyer.
