admission fees forfieted by college

Dear Sir,

my sister take an admission in a medical colleage and paid a fees of Rs.50000/- but she could not take admission due to next day she got a call from another colleage.

now they are not returning the money saying that there are no provision to refund the fees.

now i want to no the followings.

1. what remedy available to us.

2. what is the limitation period.

3. please send a draft application for file a complain in consumer court.

Read the prospectus and see if there is any provision for refund of fee. If there is no provision for refund of fee, nothing can be done.
If you still want to take a chance, move the Consumer Court.
