Adhoc committee election

Respected All,

As we are living in new hsg society. We obtained a election for the Secretary, Chairman and treasurer from the committee members who elected in the general meeting wing wise. From that all members we elected Secretary, Chairman and treasurer. But one of the member is argue with us by saying there is no need of election for selecting Secretary, Chairman and treasurer from committee members who already selected by all society members.

Can we done wrong thing?

You have not done anything wrong and generally elect office bearers should have heavy stomach which may digest such type fo criticism.
