Hiiiii... I am a CA final student.Will it help if I do BA LLB and that too from Delhi University...

why not. If you additionally become BA LLB, it shall definitely improve your chances in either of your field of career you opt.riven

dear anish,

Frankly I disagree with the above opinions of other experts. I don't think it will improve your career. A law degree has nothing to do with CA. Moreover there is no requirement in corporates for CA + Law degree qualification.

I suggest you to do some course on the lines of your profession (CA) alone so that it would given weightage to your qualification (CA).riven

1.C.A.FINAL COURSE IS A PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION. YOU MUST BE A GRADUATE AND YOU MAY JOIN LL.B.THREE YEARS DEGREE COURSE.IT WILL BE USEFUL FOR YOU WHILE PRACTICING AS CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT AS YOU WILL BE FULLY AWARE OF LAWS.
2.BUT KINDLY NOTE THAT MERE BOOK KNOWLEDGE OF LAWS WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT TO KNOW ACTUAL PROCEDURE OF COURTS BOTH CIVIL AND CRIMINAL WHICH YOU CAN LEARN WHILE PRACTICING AS AN ADVOCATE.
HENCE IT IS BETTER MAKE UP YOUR MIND WHETHER YOU WISH TO PRACTICE AS C.A. OR AS A LAWYER.OF COURSE KNOWLEDGE IS POWER HENCE IF YOU CAN FIND TIME FROM YOUR C.A.JOB THEN IT IS FINE TO STUDY LAW.
