Quick Summary
A father wishes to add his two sons as joint owners to a property currently registered solely in his name. The recommended process involves the father executing a registered gift settlement deed. This deed will transfer a portion of the property to each son, establishing all three as joint owners.

Your father can transfer a portion of property each to you and your brother by executing a registered gift settlement deed in order to make all the three of you as joint owners of the property which is now lying on your father's name alone.
