Action on building in ghmc area - hyderabad

Sir,
I had filed RTI application for getting sanctioned plan and enclosed permission letter/ file no copy which my father had taken in the year 1995.

Now i got reply form Town Planning section stating that sanctioned copy plan is not avilabel in their records.
So. Please inform how they can inspect my building without sanction plan, what action will be taken aganist me.

After having permission letter of sanction copy with me and submitted to them.

unless authorities have sanctioned plan in their possession it cannot be said building has been constructed contrary to sanctioned plans

As per AP Building rules 2012, any permission given by GHMC to construct a house is valid only for 3 years. therefore ur plan has lapsed and even if GHMC recovers ur plan from their records, u cannot avail it. Therefore submit a fresh plan as per the 2012 rules and take fresh permission.

IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE POSITION TO PRODUCE THE APPROVED BUILDING PLAN, THEN THE SAME SHALL BE TREATED AS UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION.

I agree with Dr. G.V.Rao's views, you may have to apply for fresh approval the old one being barred by limitation.
