Dear experts,
What police do,if accuse does not give attendance in the police station before filing chargesheet?

There is no need to appear in policestation. So you should move AB if there is provision in your state or move regular bail after surrender before court.

Thanks you sir for your response, If it is mention in bail order to attend the police station then in that case can police take any serious action?

yes they can request for cancellation of bail.
