A car driver crushed by the own negligent and rush driving involved a accident in government lorry. a car driver died on the spot and another vehicle owner died. the injured car passenger lodged the complaint in car driver's negligent.
1. who can claim the deceased driver's wife filling the petition in mcop or dcl?

I couldn't understand your question.
Due to the negligent driving by the car driver passengers injured. First it is to be looked in to whether passenger is gratutious passengers or paid passengers. Whether car was private or public it is to be also looked into.
Against whom FIR is lodged?
What is the role of the lorry driver?
Ask clear question so it can be answered correctly.
