civil court issue notice to respondent for appearrence in particular fix date,his lawyer appear in the court on that date and file vakalatnama and mudat report for w/s.then court grant mudat and give him next date,although adjourne the mater, the plantiff`s advocate give application for panchnama and court grant application and ordred for panchnam in absence of respondents, respondent can callenge it? or other remady?

For civil cases, parties appearance need not for every hearings. On behalf of them their counsel can appear..

What you mean for mudat report sir? Can you clear me? I think its not english word.

Tom Sir, Mudat Report he means i suppose he is addressing adjournment for filing Written Statement. Vinodkumarji You have not specfifically mentioned what type of panchanama has to be done as court ordered after application. Sir as we have requested please give us details so that we do not misguide you. Half knowledge is more dangerous. Please specify the details of the case.
