Respected Sir,
In our area one majistrate never do a work without curruption. u must have to give money for stay, or any work. What can do as an advocate?After getting money he will decide to give the judgement. how we control it sir?

Dear Kamlesh,

Immediately submit a "WRITTEN COMPLAINT" against the concerned Magistrate/Judge and as well against all the officer below the magistrate, who involve in the "ACT" as said by you and for their corruption, before your "State Bar Council".

write a complaint or a letter tothe Registrar Vigilance of your state High Court just
address the letter to the concerned

1. Chief Justice of your state
2. Registrar Vigilance of your state High Court. or even you can approach the Anti corruption Bureau

Its very pathetic to listen such instances but such persons should be severely punished. The opinion of learned senior friend Narsinga Rao is correct and do follow it.

Yes I agree with my friends. These type of Judicial viruses to be quarantined immediately. otherwise they will create a generation.

The only place where the common people having faith is over the judiciary, we must not allow these type of corruption in our profession.

Complaint to the State Bar Council, Registrar - Vigilance and Copy to Chief Justice of High Court and Registrar General of High Court is necesasary
