Have you got any document given by the Government in the year 1976?
If you have that document, take a photocopy and then make a representation, by Registered Ack. Due post, to the SC/ST Commission in your State complaining against all the persons - i.e. partner of your father and those persons who purchased the land as having played fraud on your father in grabbing the land.
Simultaneously, also lodge a complaint with the Police Station.
Always you should keep the original allotment letter given to your father, in safe custody.
