In the TS, the case is running for 2 yrs and in the settlement of issue.
In the meanwhile the against party is sold the disputed land.Can i change and include few new members to the party to the suit and apply for injection as this will not happen in future. Currently i am asking for only title declaration can i ask for more relief in the same TS.

You need both amendment petition and petition for addition of party.
