Filing criminal writ petition in p & h high court

Its written under Punjab and Haryana High Court rules chapter V that except haebous corpous writ petition all other writ treated as civil writ
Whether filing madanmus writ for transferring of criminal proceedings will be treated as Civil Writ?
Unlike in Delhi,how long it will take by registry( in average) from filing to posting before the bench??

Sometimes its better to seek some professional help.
If you are pursue ur matter at your own then better find the things in books itself.
Its advisable to know the meaning, scope and purpose of various writ petitions.
Further advised that the provisions of CrPC be analysed.
