Repeated academic question of an anonymous author.

You can go ahead with your plan, if you really have the capacity to withstand the rigor of handling studies of two courses simultaneously at a time.
Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 08 September 2018
I mean to say sir if I can handle it and completed it then can I show both the degrees at the same time or I have to show it differently in the case of government job?is there any legal issue arise

Presently you do not have any legal problem. You may ask only when any legal problem arises in your dual degree case. You asked question for dual degree, which has been replied.

K Rajasekharan (Expert) 08 September 2018
You cannot continue two courses - a B tech and an IGNOU course - simultaneously.

A student cannot pursue two courses simultaneously as per the existing regulation of the UGC. The Distance Education Council in June 2012 had said that two degree programmes could not be pursued simultaneously.

Kindly see a circular of 2016 in this regard at https://www.ugc.ac.in/pdfnews/5865506_UGC-Notice_For_Two_Degree.pdf

respected sir ,
I have started it and studied for 1 year together and in the middle I have discontinued the b.tech course by not attending the classes and completed b.a course now can I have problem regarding ugc regulations?
Guest (Expert) 09 September 2018
Now you have come forward with your just contradictory question, as compared to your first query. When you have discontinued one course out of the two you taken up, what was the relevance of asking that question initially?

Secondly, even when at present there is no visible problem for you at present about discontinuing your course, there was no relevance of asking that irrelevant question.

Further, when you stated that you could handle both the courses simultaneously, where was the question of discontinuing with the B.Tech course.

You would be welcome to ask your question, as and when you really get involved in any such problem. Otherwise, if you want to know just for your knowledge sake, it is not a legal problem. For gaining appropriate knowledge, you could better have gone through the UGC regulations or the guidelines meant for the students. You should have borne in mind that the experts at LCI are not the spokespersons of the UGC to give clarifications on their behalf.

All these instances clearly reveal that you just asked hypothetical questions just to waste yours as well the experts' precious time.

Now your query has turned into a quite different one from what you had asked earlier.

You had discontinued B Tech and joined B A course. On completion of the B A course, you can continue the later part of the B Tech course, without any legal hassles. During the same period you can write both the examinations simultaneously, if necessary.

@ Mr. K. Rajasekharan,

You may please like to see the following thread, where he has raised the similar vague query. Not only that, he still asks for "two courses simultaneously", while in his description he has stated that he has already completed BA.
http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Two-courses-simultaneously-691621.asp

Obviously, if one course has already been completed, where is the question of two courses "simultaneously"? Either he does not understand the meaning of the word, "simultaneously" or is just making fools of the experts.
Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 09 September 2018
Respected experts,
I have no any intention to make fool of experts according to dhingra sir and also I am not eligible for doing so.i only want to clear my query that's it.i want to remind u all sir I am not an expert like u who understands everything but a child in front of u all.
Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 09 September 2018
Now as k rajasekhran sir said that it is not possible to pursue so I told that question that what if I start and discontinue one of it in the middle and continue the other one.
