498a, 406 - interim bail

With God Grace and your invaluable guidance, I have got bail from P&H HC (I am from Punjab).

Can you please enlighten me on the road map ahead like

1) Do I have to join investigation, if yes then by when

2) Recovery is still pending from my side, when that will happen

3) How to get absolute bail

4) Suppose if i don't join investigation immediately then am I free to resume my office. Can Police still come and arrest me.

what are terms and conditions on which you have been released n bail . court must have diirected you to appear before investigating officer at local police station . you cna resume office but you have to attned police station when called upon to do so . what is recovery pending from your side . please give detailed particulars when you post a query

It has to be seen what terms and conditions been imposed by Hon'ble HC while granting interim bail.
