police presented chalan final report and make me accused under 498A 406 323 and after reading final report i come to know that the Investigation officer falsely implicated me by hide the fact and evidence deposited by me i.e. Photograf of each day, call history of my wife number , call history of my number and SMS conversation, what option me have can the that matter can investigated by other district police or what other legal remedy me have at this stage

Contest a criminal case. you can succeed the case on merits. If you have documents to show that the allegation is false, frivolous and motivated , you can file a petition before High Court u/s 482 of Cr.PC to quash the criminal complaint.
