Allahabad High Court has given the following orders in application under 482.

Please suggest what could be done in this regards.

Passed over on the illness slip of Shri Sushil Shukla, learned counsel for the
applicants.
Learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 is present and informed that
mediation has failed.

List in the next cause list.

In view of the fact, that mediation has failed, interim order is vacated.

The court has passed the order of vacation of interim order which means if there was any order till that date that has been expired.

it seems that order of vacation of interim order passed in abence of counsel forpetioner.second stay petion in 482crpc maintanable ask your counsel to move second stay petion seeting forthwith grounds for stay . hope for the best
