Can husband get sign off from IO with details of conversation he had with IO regarding 498A conversation.
Where does IO record or note down the conversation points.

Is husband entitle for such copy or sign off. This would reduce the harrasment to great extent.

The statements are recorded u/s 161 crpc which does not have any evidential value in the court of law.

then why are husband and his family require to visit police station every week. and make statement if it has zero value
I thought polilce build case based on statement of both side.
