IN MY UNCLE CASE OF 279/338. THE APP HAS GIVEN UP TO EXAMINE THE GOVT.WITNESS
IS IT FAVOURABLE TO ACCUSED UNCLE
SECONDLY THE MEDICAL REPORT IS FM PVT HOSPITAL AS HE WAS TREATED THERE . IS IT ACCEPTABLE.
1 WITNESS REPEATEDLY NOT TURNING DESPITE 4/5 SUMMONS

No medical report is accepted in court unless the same is proved by the doctor himself. No examination of prosecution witness is good for the defence.
