Get a certificate for removal of mole & use other identification marks in future.

You need not and would not be able to change the identity marked in the 10th certificate. Your operation, itself can become new identity for the future in place of the mole of forehead. So, you need not do anything about that, except going for removal of the mole through operation.

THERE IS NO NEED TO CHANGE THE IDENTITY MARK OF 10TH CERTIFICATE. AS YOU WILL UNDER GO SURGERY THE RECORD ITSELF WILL SPEAK OF THE SAME AND SAME WILL BE THE PROOF IN FUTURE.
