Kindly clarify that ;
1. from which date the the new Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (Second) will be enacted?

2. Will it be applicable on the FIRs applicable before the date, our Hon'ble President has signed on the relevant bill ?

Don't hurry about knowing the details until the act is enacted in the legal form. It has just got the ascent of the President, hence wait until the time answers about the legal formalities to enact it as a law.

It was assented to by the President of India on 25th Dec. 2023. It will take some time to know the details.
