tenant under the pagdi

(Querist) 27 April 2012 This query is : Resolved 
I am a tenant under the pagdi system in Mumbai at (malad west)since 1970. The Landlord not mentions the common toilet & urinal & building property. Means not repair the danger building part
Recant all 24 tenant are want rapier the building. This building are 60 years.
Plz suggest me. plz urgent ans.

you may complain to MCD and get declared dangerous building. then MCD will look after all affair.
