Any co., or orgnisation before appointing the legal advisor they may ask for the experience. Always in the legal field experience counts because it is vast field, every day u will have go thru., the recent judgments and other articles, Legal field is like a big sea u have to swim. So first acquire the necessary knowledge after passing the LL.B by joining good lawyers office because good and experienced senior lawyer is good guide to this profession.
