work on loan license by any foreign company

I have a pharma manufacturing company recently I got few foreign clients who wants to work on loan license in india with me.what is the procedure to get loan license work with them

Working with Foreign client and getting loan license are two different things. Now you talk about working with Foreign clients please clear about the entity whether they want to invest in your firm or they want to get into joint venture.
In case they want to start up new entity then -
The applicant has to make application in the requisite application form in Form 24A , 27A, 24E respectively and pay Necessary fees as given in fee chart
“0210-A MEDICAL AND PUBLIC HEALTH 04-PUIBLIC HEALTH (104) FEES & FINES LICENSE FEES”
