During court trails in 3 months will there be any issue regarding selection in upsc

Refer the Orders in Judgement pf High Court of Judicature Madhyapradesh -- Jabalpur --in the Case of " Deepak Vyas VS State of Madhya pradesh " on 12th Sep 2017 which said "Before an person held guilty of Suppression of Veri Or Suggestio factsi , Knowledge of the facts must be attributable to him".
