You can write a will bequeathing all your properties in your daughter's name and it may help her to get your share in ancestral properties

Making a will is the only remedy as said by Mr.Aravinthan.

Dear as you mantion that you have no relationship with your parrents, the property must be legaly on your name and if no one else from your family claims for the same only than you can make a will in favour of your daughter. to my mind only this can be the solution.
