Hi sir. My father in law was alloted a plot by ngo society. He died a year ago by leaving an unregistered will in a white paper with two witnesses . He mentioned the said plot to all his4 dgaughters and his only son as ground floor belongs to 4th dtr since she taken care him while his illness. 2nd,3rd floor shall be shared equally by 3 dtrs and son. He apointed his 4th dtr to implment his will. Now son is claiming the will is invalid and entire plot belongs to him since his father did not mentioned about his own house in the willdeed which his mother is living. How can we get shares as per his will. What is the procedure pls clarify.

You have to get the will probated through a court of law.

Before the court, your brother will put his oppositions.

After examining the stand of the parties, the court will decide.

Only after that you will be able to get your share.

Get the will probated from court of law. Will on plain paper is equally valid.
