Need one hour Zoom session with a lawyer for my brother who is undergoing marriage trouble for yeas. Her wife threatens to file case against him for mental and domestic harassment.

You have not posted complete details. Your brother has to file a complaint at Police Station that his wife is threatening him to file a false under the DV act.

File a GD before the police on the threats your brother received from his wife. Include the in -laws too. Take the receipt and file a miscellaneous petition u/s 39 of crpc before the Magistrate.
Further, course of action to safeguard your brother and his family will be shared in private consultation, Please.
