Wife not willing to register flat in husband name

Hello, Me (Husband) and my wife have to take an flat. Now we both have put our money to take flat. But my wife does not want me (Husband) name to come has second owner in flat she only wants to have flat on her owner ship, she is telling that after her dead you claim the flat, she is not even putting my name in nominee also. She is telling because housing loan is her name and i am co appliant in loan. Because of Insurance purpose which usally today all banks do when you apply for an home loan after the main applicant dead the flat becomes in name of husband without he paying the loan.

Please advise me what should i do in this case. How me Husband can protect his rights in the property. And what legal method should i use to get this secured for me.

put your foot down . since both of you have put your life savings in flat wife cant dictate terms .you are also co applicant in loan . you would be equally liable in case of default

its too late now. u should have jointly made the agreement and signed the same. Now if the agreement is in her name you are no where legally. Now u cannot back out. u r co borrower so equally liable for payments. nothing can be done legally.

The married life is based upon mutual trust and not trust of black words written on documents/papers/agreements etc.

It seems that this basic rule of happy married life is missing in the minds of both and the future seems accordingly.

Anyway, nothing can be done now if the things have already settled accordingly and you are asking this question just to satisfy yourself but if really things are going on in that line, immediate take back turn and rush as fast as you can.
