sir, i had won the case in commissioner's court, & got a decree in my favour, where i have to execute the decree passed through commissioner's court. please help me...!

yes one another thing the matter is related to immovable (a piece of land) property.

Dear Sangwan,
Pl indicate full details of the Court in which you obtained Decree. simply you mentioned only Commissioner's court. who is that commissioners? what type of court it is?
what is the powers of that court to pass Decree etc.
except a competent civil court, no one have any right to pass a Decree for immovable Property.
Pl furnish full particulars of Decree ok
